Theft of electricity
- Terrazas del Rodeo
The issue of theft of electricity was brought up by representatives of property owners at the latest community meeting on 13 April 2019, but it was never mentioned in the Minutes (“Acta”). Photo evidence of illegal connection was presented too. The illegal connection to one of the apartments was in place from June 2018 until it was sold and refurbished in the spring of 2021.
It seems it was first in a letter on 25 December 2020 where the Secretary-Administrator mentioned theft of electricity to the property owners, by saying that there are no theft of electricity from neither any neighbours or from the community.

The General Urban Development Plan of Marbella is from 1986. A new plan was decided February 25, 2010, but it was revoked by the Supreme Court 2015 (STS 4378/2015 y STS 4379/2015 de 27 de octubre y STS 4380/2015 de 28 de octubre). As a consequence the plan from 1986 was reinstated. A new plan is being prepared.

The Territorial Information System of Marbella S.I.T.MA is available online where information of various contents, integrating geo-referenced maps and databases are presented, trying to spread the geographic information available in Marbella so that it is easily located, understandable and usable.
