Dogs running lose and creating trouble within the Community was created by Steven
Dogs are supposed to be kept on a leach within the Community. Some dogs are running loose and creating trouble.

One of the worse dogs seem to be the one that a couple in Block 6 is having. This dog is shitting everywhere without the owners picking it up. It attacks other dogs, meanwhile its owners keeps away. This unpleasant dog even gets into the swimming pools, without its owners doing nothing to prevent it to happen.

Why does the management of the Community not take any action with these dog owners having dogs running lose and creating trouble?
