A President in touch with reality?

Sky News host Rita Panahi says US Vice President Kamala Harris’ recent gaffe was “so profound” it had “former Treasury Department official Monica Crowley wondering if it was a deep fake”.

Ms Panahi referred to Ms Harris’ speech in which she detailed the “important relationship” between the US and North Korea.

“Say what now Kamala? What did you just say? The US shares a strong and enduring alliance with North Korea. Are you an insane person?” Ms Panahi said.

“Yes, there's been attempts to improve relations, particularly between South Korea and North Korea, but in no way has the US any sort of strong and enduring alliance with North Korea.”

US President Joe Biden has shown he “can’t remember who has died … or, indeed, how they passed,” says Sky News host James Morrow.

Mr Morrow referred to a speech Mr Biden made in which he said his son Beau, who died of brain cancer in 2015, "lost his life in Iraq".

“Joe Biden had an absolute shocker this week,” Mr Morrow said.
