Is the world run by a bunch of climate change hypocrites?

The upcoming COP26 Climate Change Conference in Glasgow will start on 31 October, which "Sleepy Joe" will attend.

“This is somebody they will be talking about, not to,” Ms Grande said of President Biden. “

His words at this point are irrelevant and meaningless, and without China and Russia … even at COP26, it’s not going to matter what Joe Biden says.
