People have found it more difficult to get hold of the caretaker and when he is around, then he has frequently been on his mobile talking about properties for sale and for rental.
The publicity of Almod House as an estate agent appeared on the notice board of Terrazas del Rodeo by the end of the summer of 2019. At the same time Almod House was advertising properties, mainly at Terrazas del Rodeo, for sale on Internet. We have been informed that the caretaker of the community became even more difficult to get hold of since he begun to appear among the staff of Almod House. Workers have been saying that due to difficulties to get hold of the caretaker, their work has been delayed.
It's obvious that the maintenance of the community has not been kept up.
The locks of some gates to access to the swimming pool areas function so badly that there is no need of a key to get in. It is a legal obligation to have fence around the swimming pools to prevent people, especially children, to drown. When the gates do not work properly, then this legal obligation is not fulfilled.
It has often been taking unnecessary long time for things to be repaired. One shower at the swimming pools did not work during an entire summer.
Leaks from pipes are not dealt with. Here is an example from Bloque 6 where a long lasting leak has made holes in the ceiling.
One can see the drips from the leak on the floor and the mark tells that it has been leaking for a long time.
On many occasions it is the hard working gardener who has carried out the repair work instead of the the caretaker.
We have been informed that the caretaker on many occasions has been heard talking on his mobile about selling and renting properties.
