The Government has introduced a shock plan to reduce energy consumption in administrative buildings, public premises and shops.
The cooling of these buildings may not be set below 27 degrees centigrade nor the heating above 19. The access doors to the premises will have automatic closures and the lights in the shop windows will be turned off at 10 p.m.
Furthermore, these properties will have to carry out an extraordinary review of their boilers and thermal installations before December 31, 2022, if the last one was done before January 1, 2021.
