José Urbano Consultores has been a disaster for the community. The lack of transparency, making corruption possible, will now come towards an end.
José Urbano Consultores have not complied with the legislation. They have off-set property owners possibility to legally challenge decisions being made at the community meetings by letting more then three months pass until they have sent the minutes.
By law the minutes of the community meetings have to be signed within 10 days. Property owners who have attend the meeting, either in person or by power of attorney, and want to legally challenge decisions being made must do so within three months.
Terraminium has now taken over the Administration of the community. They have an advanced IT-system providing with transparency. Property owners will be able to monitor their accounts on-line. Furthermore, property owners will be able to attend community meetings on-line too.
