Minutes of the Annual Community Meeting on 13 April 2019 sent to the property owners
The Minutes (Actas) of the community meetings have to be signed by the President (presidente) and the Secretary (secretario) within 10 days.
The Minutes of the Annual Community Meeting on 13 April 2019 was sent to the property owners first on 12 September 2019, which is almost four months after the meeting took place.
Legal chalange has to be done within three months from the date of the Community Meeting for those property owners who attened the meeting. It's impossible to legaly chalange decisions made at a Community Meeting without having the Minutes of the Meeting.
