The Dossier of fiscal year 2020 was attached, including a letter from the Administrator dated 1 October 2021 where he writes that the annual community meeting, to approve the Fiscal Years of 2019 and 2020, have not been possible to be held due to COVID-19.
There have been opportunities to hold the annual community meeting during 2020, where property owners could have attended the meeting in person. The annual community meeting could and should have been held in February 2020. It was possible to hold community meetings until the State of emergency begun on 14 Mars 2020. Community meetings could also have been hold from 21 June until 30 October, but was advised by CAF-Málaga to be suspended from 3 August 2020.
The community meetings could then have been hold online, regardless of restrictions.
