Message about Annual Community Meeting

Message sent to property owners informing that the Annual Community Meeting was planed to be hold on 4 April 2020, but has been postponed due to the Coronavirus and a new date depends on the virus situation.

Neither the Agenda or the date of the Annual Community Meeting has previously been communicated to the property owners which could be expected if the Annual Community Meeting was planned to take place on 4 April.

The Annual Meeting should be taken place at the beginning  of the year and not later then by the end of March. The Agenda of the annual community meeting (Junta ordinaria) only has to be communicated to the property owners six days in advance, so it's possible to quickly arrange an Annual Community Meeting.
