The Police knocked the door of an apartment, next to the squatter flat (1-D), in Bloque 6 on 23 June 2019, 7:57 pm. The two policemen wanted to see the mobile phone of the man staying in the flat. They were looking for photos after another property owner, with big debt to the community, had called the Police and reported the man for pedophilia. The policemen looked at the mobile phone and realized it was a false accusation.

It has later shown that it was the father of the young man with a Pitbull ("Bambino"), who had called the Police and delivered the false accusation of pedophilia. The mother continued with this false accusation of pedophilia. Soon after the Police left, the mother went and talked very laud in both English and Spanish outside the entrance door of the apartment where the man stayed, for the neighbours to hear what she was saying. She really wanted all the neighbours to hear her saying that a pedophile lives in this apartment. The couple in the apartment never opened the door or spoke to her and they found it surrealistic with a woman standing outside a closed entrance door delivering false accusation of pedophilia in both English and Spanish, which gave impression of a mad person's behaviour.

Later on the same day when the couple went out, then the mother and her son "Bambino" (the young man with a Pitbull) and a man, who stays in another bank repossessed garden flat in Bloque 6, were standing talking to the daytime security man by the reception. The mother repeated her false accusation of pedophilia meanwhile the couple got the contact details of the security man.

By midnight the mother started to send several WhatsApp messages to the man's partner, continuing delivering her false accusation of pedophilia.

The following day when the man, falsely accused of pedophilia, was by the upper swimming pool, then the mother of "Bambino" appeared on the path just outside the swimming pool area and again started to speak loud for everyone to hear that the man was a pedophile. People that were there found her behaviour very strange and asked what it was all about and pointed out that one has to take action with that kind of behaviour to prevent that people start to believe in their false accusations.

The man gave in a “Denuncia” to the court that is registered on 5 August 2019. A judge has looked into it, but has informed that defamation is not a criminal offence in Spain any longer and it's now a civil matter. The man is considering to press civil charges against the family, but has not made a final decision yet.

It's very sever to falsely accuse someone of pedophilia.

Pedophilia (alternatively spelt paedophilia) is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. Although girls typically begin the process of puberty at age 10 or 11, and boys at age 11 or 12, criteria for pedophilia extend the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13. The mother of "Bambino" formalized her accusations by registering a “Denuncia” at the court on 25 October 2019, which is the day after her son, "Bambino" (the young man with a Pitbull) threaten to kill the man that his parents falsely accuse of pedophilia. The son was found guilty by the court, but the sentence are not final since he has appealed against it.

In the poorly written “Denuncia” that the mother had given in to the court, one can read that her daughter (17 years old), was by the swimming pool with her friend. The mother accuse both the man and the woman in the “Denuncia” and wrote that both were looking at her daughter, which made the daughter go down to her father in the lower swimming pool. The mother writes that the man followed her daughter and friend and took photos of them when they walked down on the path to the lower swimming pool where her father happen to be. The mother writes that her daughter insisted that the man had a big black camera.

It's a bit strange that her 17-years old daughter does not sign the “Denuncia” herself. Instead it's signed by her mother like she would be a toddler. The accusation against the woman stands out as extremely weird too, since the only thing the mother has come up with against her in the “Denuncia” is that she is said to have been looking at her 17-years old daughter.

The truth is that the family of "Bambino" have not kept up their payments to the community for many years and the daytime security man followed his instructions and told the daughter and her friend to leave the swimming pool, since the family had a debt to the community.

The family's accumulated debt to the community for unpaid community fees for their apartment and garage space.

The man that the family falsely accused of pedophilia was asleep on his towel when the security man throw out the two girls from the swimming pool area. He was woken up by his partner when the father of "Bambino" had a verbal fight with the security man on the path out side the area of the swimming pools. The man only had his simple mobile phone with him and wished he had have something better for recording the rudeness of the father. He only managed to take a video from long distance when the father walked up on the path and looked at them and holding up his fingers in front of his face like bars meanwhile he was saying “Imbeciles de mierda” (Fucking morons).

It looks like the family tried to frame the man for pedophilia for him to be looked in to help “Jefe” and their son with their trafficking business. The couple has suffered baddy from this situation and have been fighting back against all nastiness that has been directed towards them. “Jefe” has earlier been found guilty of threatening the couple: “Tú y tu mujer vais a tener problemas con migo, te voy a dar una bofetada ahora, te voy a dar, voy a terminar con las dos, vais a ir al hospital. . . ” (“You and your wife are going to have problems with me, I'm going to slap you now, I'm going to hit you, I'm going to finish both of you, you're going to the hospital. . .”).
