It's been reported that there has been lots of movement of people in and out of one block and between two apartments within the building. These people do not just put themselves at higher risk of being contaminated with the Coronavirus. Their lack of respect of staying at home as much as possible also increase the risk of others to be contaminated with the Coronavirus.
Due to what has been reported, there seems to be quite a few people moving in and out of a repossessed garden apartment in Bloque 6. The main traffic seams to be between the apartment and another apartment at the same floor, where “Jefe” lives with his family. “Jefe” is frequently walking a big white potential dangerous dog. He seams to have a rare illness, since he is blind in periods walking with a white-cane, but in other periods is fully capable to walk without any difficulties without the white-cane. It is understood that “Jefe” spends lots of time in the repossessed garden apartment. The young man with a Pitbull, who lives with his parents in Bloque 8, has earlier been a very frequent visitor of these two apartments in Bloque 6 and he seems to continue to visit these two apartments in Bloque 6, regardless of the stay-at-home policy during the state of emergency.
Besides that these people frequently move between these two apartments, it is also believed that they move in and out of the building quite often. The fact that these people is moving around and interacting with others does not show respect for the stay-at-home policy when the whole Spain is in lock-down trying to combat the ongoing pandemic. The lack of respect of the stay-at-home policy increases the risk of the community to be contaminated with the Coronavirus.
It's unclear if the garden apartment is legally rented or not. The garden apartment was rented before it was repossessed. It is believed it was the president of the community, who also lives in Bloque 6, that provided the previous property owner with the tenants that lived in the apartment before it was repossessed. When someone has had a rental contract for a certain length of time and the the rent has been paid, then the rental agreement continues even after an apartment has been repossessed. The tenant just pay the rent to the new owner instead. Those who rented this garden apartment when it was repossessed is believed to have moved out during year 2018. After them, new people came into the apartment and it is unclear if they are legally renting the apartment or not. The new people are believed to work for “Jefe”.
