Covid certificates have become mandatory in Andalucía for visitors and companions of patients hospitalized in health centres or residents of residential centres. It applies to everyone older then 12 years.
Update: Covid certificates will also be mandatory to enter bars, restaurants or nightclubs in Andalucía from 20 December.
The Ministry of Health and Family (“Consejería de Salud y Familias”) of Junta de Andalucía requested the use of Covid certificates for people to visit health and residential centres. The Superior Court of Justice of Andalucía (“Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía” - TSJA) approved the request on 7 December, which took affect already the same day.
Junta de Andalucía's new request to also make Covid certificates mandatory to enter the hospitality establishments indoors, was approved by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalucía (“Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía” - TSJA) on 17 December.
Initially, Covid certificates are mandatory until 15 January 2022, but it has been extended until 15 February.
