The entire Andalucía will move into Phase Three on Monday 8 June. People will regain more of their freedom. The timetables for the elderly will be revoked and one will now be allowed to move around within the entire Andalucía.
Activities allowed in Phase 3
Mobility
People are now allowed to move around within the entire Andalucía. Movement around the country between regions is only permitted for reasons of health, work, care for the elderly or dependents, return to place of residence, force majeure or situation of necessity.
All members of a family who live together can travel in a vehicle. The restrictions on vehicle occupancy with respect to the total number of seats seated, for bus and rail transport, as well as for collective land transport in urban and peri-urban areas are eliminated.
Social gatherings
Up to 20 people can get together in a private home or on an outdoor area or in another public space.
Face masks must be worn in enclosed areas and outdoors where the two-metre rule cannot be observed. Except for people from the same household.
People in vulnerable groups, such as seniors or those with health conditions, are not excluded, provided they take adequate protection measures.
Bars, restaurants and cafeterias
They will now be allowed to open their indoor space of 50% of its capacity and they can continue to serve half as many tables as before in their usual terrace area. Tables must be disinfected between customers. Customers can eat or drink at the bar, as long as there is a minimum distance of two metres.
Discotheques and nightclubs which can be open up to 30% of its capacity, but without use of their dance floor.
Tourist accommodation
Hotels and other self-catering tourist accommodation can be open up to 50% of its capacity.
Shops and Businesses
Shops and businesses can open with 50% of their capacity. Shops will have to be disinfected twice a day and a two-metre distance should be kept between customers. Times must be set aside when priority is given to the over-65s.
Shopping centres and commercial parks can be open if access to common and recreational areas is reduced to 40% and access to each establishment limited to 50% capacity.
Markets
Open-air markets are allowed with 50% of usual stands. Local councils can increase the area occupied or establish extra market days.
Fishing and hunting
Hunting and sports fishing can continue.
Cultural events
Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums, circus tents and similar spaces for shows, can open with pre-assigned seating and up to 50% capacity.
Other indoor events not included above that are used for functions and shows, can be open up to 50% of its capacity, but with maximum 80 people.
Open air events can be held with up to 50% of its capacity. People must be seated and sufficient spaces must be left between the seats.
Libraries open for up to 50% of its capacity. Study up to 50% of authorised capacity and dependent on management approval.
Museums and exhibition galleries can be open up to 50% its capacity.
Monuments and other cultural attractions can be open up to 50% of authorised capacity. Groups of up to 20 people.
Churches and other places of worship
Churches and other places of worship can now keep open at 75% of their capacity, maximum of 150 people in the open air or 75 in enclosed spaces. Objects must not be shared, and if praying takes place on the floor, each person must bring their own mat.
Wakes and funerals can take place with a limit of 50 people in the open air or 25 people indoors.
Sport activities
Beaches open for bathing. Swimming pools can open at 30% of their capacity.
Matches and competitions can be held behind closed doors.
Individual and tactical training in groups of no more than 20, maintaining safe distance and avoiding physical contact.
Sports centres can open with prior appointment, with limited capacity to ensure social distancing. The use of locker rooms and showers are not allowed.
Social-health centers
Remote assistance is given priority, but these centres can reopen if they need to offer attention in person.
Walks and other exercise
The timetables are revoked completely.
