Regulatory ordinance of the use and protection of green areas and trees of the municipality of Marbella

CAPÍTULO TERCEROCAPÍTULO TERCERO

Protection of Trees located in Green Zones and Roads of the Viarios of the municipality

Article 12. Prohibited actions in relation to trees located in public places that are the object of this Ordinance.

Article 13. Demolition, felling, transplanting, substitution, pruning, crown reductions and topping of public trees.

The right of ownership of the facilities, constructions and buildings, includes, among others, the duty to preserve them in the legal conditions to support said use and, in any case, in those of security, health, accessibility and legally required ornament; as well as carrying out the improvement and maintanance until where it reaches the legal duty of conservation.
